The Academic High Altitude Conference (http://www.taylor.edu/cri/HARP/ahc/?)  is issuing a call for papers and student posters. Papers should address some topic related to High Altitude Research Platforms including:  

  • development
  • student learning
  • flight
  • cross-disciplinary implementation
  • technical developments including communications, data streaming, sensors, tracking, etc.,
  • other areas of high altitude ballooning implementation at institutions of higher education

Posters should address a scholarly question or academic problem using the high altitude research platform. Acceptable poster size is 48"x42" or smaller. An excellent source on designing posters, strategies on developing posters, common mistakes to avoid, and other helpful information.

 

Paper and Poster Abstracts should be submitted to ssgavin@taylor.edu by May 15, 2010 with papers due by June 10, 2010 for publication in the conference journal. Student Posters should be brought to the conference.
