Launch Window
How soon before and and how long after the prescribed launch time would it be possible to do our balloon launchings? In other words, when does the launch window open and when does the launch window close?

During HALO I, all balloons were launched simultaneously with a common countdown. We even had a two minute hold for problems at one launch site.
The protocol last time called for balloon inflation to be completed about 30 minutes before launch with all instrument and radio pods fully operational.
The timeline was great, although it could be more exciting if the surface winds are either strong or variable.
