DePaul SDV 240 Flight

This flight was part of a course for non-science majors. 29 students and 2 faculty members participated. The payload consisted of the Stratostar control, an APRS transmitter, a video camera, and five student experiments. The experiments were (from bottom to top) a cricket space capsule, a video camera filming the behavior of three different liquids in open containers inside the pod, a water flea space capsule, two mp3 players that were playing and recording a single-frequency tone, and a battery performance experiment .
