USI Balloon Launch (Tethered) 03/17/09
ENGR 275X Ballooning class (led by Dr. Glen Kissel) at the University of Southern Indiana performs a test launch before the HALO II Project. The balloon was launched from the "quad" in the middle of the USI Campus.
